The Unite union is threatening a strike affecting First West of England bus services:
Thursday 4th to Monday 8th September
and again on
Tuesday 16th to Friday 19th September.
Negotiations are continuing and it is still hoped a strike can be avoided.
It is assumed if there is a strike this would affect the D2 and D2x.
Their are changes to the D2 /D2x timetable from the 31st August There will be minor changes to the timetable to improve punctuality on every day of the week. Some off-peak and evening journeys that currently run as a D2x will now instead run as a D2 via Beckington and Rode.
